Hey All,
I sent the following email out to folks who ordered Staying Alive Coffee last night - please reply back if you want to keep your order as is with the hard grade body.
I’m BCC’ing everyone who placed an order for Staying Alive in Coffee listed as “Full Soft Body,” when in fact it’s the normal Hard Grade spec.
I’m just as frustrated as you that this slipped through (currently staring at my “it could be worse” T-shirt to calm down).
Please let me know if you’d like to proceed with the order or cancel for a refund. If I don’t hear back, we’ll go ahead and cancel/refund since the product spec at the time of purchase didn’t match the actual product.
Apologies again for the mix-up :-(
