A little while back, I shared some thoughts about the painted headlights on our Cocoa and Coffee busts — explaining that we intentionally went with exaggerated tones, much like the shapes themselves (which could cause back pain in real life). The goal was to keep things stylized rather than overly realistic.
That said, many of you continued to reach out and ask if we could try something that still felt true to the overall aesthetic, but leaned a little more grounded in tone.
So, starting with the next runs of Cocoa and Coffee busts with headlights, we’ve made a subtle tweak to deepen the coloration. It’s still stylized — we’re not aiming for full realism — but the new tone feels more cohesive with what we currently do for Cinnamon and Tea.

By the way, the smaller bust shown in the photo is our new Small Bust with Headlights — though we’re still figuring out a good name for it - ideas?
